My husband had been receiving treatment elsewhere but they had given up on him. We transferred to Duke and after our first appointment, we felt like we had found someone who was willing to help him fight. Unfortunately, we made the change too late. I would definitely recommend Duke. All the staff we interacted with was amazing!
I have been coming to Duke Cancer Center and specialty pharmacy for about two months now. I praise the valet staff for allowing me to park my car up front and run to grab my prescription with my toddler. The Pharmacy staff are great as well as Security. Unfortunately, today as I’m walking in to pick up my prescription I had to run in with one of the male front desk staff members. They now require masks again, which I completely understand because everyone is getting sick, but he said let me grab a mask for the baby. THE BABY... read more
I never received such exceptional care from the entire staff. When I walk in until I walk out. Love is an understatement.
Radiology centers I had an appointment at 7AM. The workers there are so rude. They don’t say good morning or anything. How do you do radiology at 7AM but you’re not set up? So you have to walk to another side get checked in walk back to the other side. That’s insane
