So I typically don't write reviews, and honestly I needed to wait to post this for months because of the poor job this appraiser did. Devin I believe her name is came to our home a few weeks before closing, this was new construction but due to covid they wanted to order the appraisal and speed up closing. She appraised our home and made alot of errors!!!!!! Number 1 she didn't include a whole full bath!
