If you're looking for a place with career progression this isn't the place for you. Laziness and poor workers are accepted in the shop. You'll get away with alot if you're friends or family members here. Don't expect to make 24hr here because you just won't make it. I was a mechanic(not the best of one) and this is the first shop I've been too that doesn't have specialty tooling it's all homemade stuff from one of the techs in the shop.
