I had a great experience working with Tony. I inherited property that was well worn! Tony was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. He communicated clearly, answering all my questions and made everything go smoothly. The probate process is long and I really appreciate Tony’s patience. Dukat Properties are an honest investment company . They are extremely easy to deal with and they kept their word from start to finish on the purchase of a home we were selling from a deceased relatives estate . If you are considering using their services I would highly recommend them .
