When first meeting Taulant, I was impressed by him and the way he made me feel at ease. The property i was selling was thru an inheritance and I was very unsure how to handle it. Tho the process was tedious and long due to an outstanding mortgage on the property, he was patient and reaching out to me repeatedly to keep me in the loop. He made it easier then I thought it was. In the end, after closing , I quickly got the payment. Which was wonderful. I would very highly recommend Dukat Properties to friends and family.
