This courthouse is horrific! Judge Grey can't be bothered with evidence or witnesses?! How is that possible? As a judge, you would expect him to look for the truth, yet he didn't seem concerned about that at all! Wrongfully evicting families with children is unjustifiable! Due to Covid, the hearing was on the telephone. The judge informed us that there will be no minutes (record) from the hearing, so it's just his word against ours! It's very sad, but why expect any more from Pasco County Courts?

First off some cases involving physical evidence should not be done over zoom. I understand the current virus protection but request material or postpone to a later date when this virus is clear and to put a time restraint of 1/2 hour is not fair to all involved. It seems to be a rush rush process now. Not fair at all. We should be heard and be able to present what we have and not be muted or cut off due to time within reason.

Those that give the courthouse a bad review, in my opinion, does so because they have had to be before a Judge, pay tickets, or are being evicted or sued. Most have had to have at least one negative experience such as the aforementioned, however, that isn't the fault of the courthouse! I think it's a clean, well run facility. It does it's job. i recomed this courthouse because its a one stop shop to get divorced. highly recommended 😭😂😂😂
