Lack of insurance coverage transparency. When I booked my appointment, I asked if they accept my insurance and they stated that they do but I have to pay up front and I’ll be reimbursed by my insurance via mail. What they were unclear about is that the services wouldn’t fully be covered. I think it would be best for the front desk staff to appropriately inform patients of their expected reimbursement to avoid surprises. Otherwise, my dentist and hygienist were pleasant and I was happy with their services.
I have been going to Duhamel Family Dentistry since 2021. Dr. Duhamel and Dr. Peggy are excellent and very kind to their patients. I have had Brianna clean my teeth for some time and she is sooo gentle! No need to fear a visit to the dentist! The only downside is they do not take my insurance (Delta Dental) but I pay upfront and DD reimburses me directly. It’s been working out very well and I will continue to visit Duhamel Family Dentistry and refer others to them! Thank you to the Team!🦷
Always pleasant & professional
Has always been a pleasant experience. Comfortable experience as well has super helpful! Way better than the other dentist here in town. Recommend you check them out before any other dentist if you can!
