Dr. Duhamel is an amazing doctor- her care is exceptions both in terms of her sensitivity and her medical competency. I saw Dr. Duhamel during my second pregnancy. I had experienced a traumatic and life threatening birth with my first (in another state) and was quite anxious about my second delivery. She was so kind, caring and sensitive during the birth. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better or more healing experience.

During my annual (insurance covered) women’s wellness exam with Dr. Duhamel on June 9, 2022, I shared symptoms I was experiencing that I thought could lead to a greater issue. Dr. Duhamel offered tests to see if there was anything that indicated an issue. At no point did she or anyone inform me that there would be additional charges for those services/tests above and beyond the annual women’s wellness exam covered by my insurance. Dr. Duhamel is an excellent doctor. She is thorough and listens well. She familiarized herself with your chart prior to walking into the patient room. She is very easy to speak with and offers many options for treatments. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Duhamel is the best OBGYN I’ve ever experienced. She truly cares about her patients, has unparalleled compassion, and is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. She also is the most responsive doctor I’ve ever had. Any questions I have (that I always forget to ask at my appointments ???????) are answered extremely quickly (the same day) and by her personally. She’s the doctor you want at any stage of life, TTC, and pregnancy. Her staff has always been great too.
She is an amazing doctor and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!!! She truly cares so much about her patients and babies !!! She was always on time and never made us feel rushed !! I would go in with a list of questions and she would sit there patiently answering them all, even the ridiculous ones! :) I can't wait to be pregnant again so that we can go back to her!!

I had a very bad experience with the doctor. She has no idea how to bill office visits for Medicare This was a simple annual check up and I ended up with a bill for $244 dollars, no necessary tests and a lot of hostility. She is treating me like I am the one who created the problem.
