They are rude and in my opinion the way they run their business and treat their customers is pretty much unethical. My in laws placed a very simple delivery order....1 large hamburger pizza, 1 large bacon pizza and 25 wings. Our order arrived and our family dug in. My wife grabs a slice of bacon pizza, takes one bite and immediately spits it out. Asked me to come check it out saying she thought something was wrong with the bacon; it tasted horrible.
