We put in our team uniform order in two weeks ago. The guy said he would put in the order the following week. Now come time to pick up our jerseys, they have not even put in the order to get them in much less have them finished. The dugout sucks, Find another shop.

I started going to the Dugout after getting a letterman jacket in high school. My parents went to Midwest originally to get it, and got horrible service. From then on, we started going to the Dugout, and they were awesome. They are very nice people, and try to get your order done in as little time as possible. They are also great at customizing hoodies with your teams logo on the front and name on the back.

Ever since my sister was in high school she always took her letterman's jacket to the dug out. She always got exactly what she wanted in a short amount of time. My sister is now 20 years old and I'm in high school. This is only my third time taking my jacket in to get things made and designed and put on my jacket, but the dug out is the only place I'll go to get it taken care of. I love the dug out and look out... my little brother will be bringing his jacket there soon!!!! Thanks for making my life so much better and easier... read more
