I’m a ranch photographer who spends a lot of time off road on Texas ranches, so I wanted to get my 4Runner lifted somewhere that really knows Toyotas rather than just a general “off-road shop.” Duggy’s came highly recommended in the 4Runner forums I read, so I went in to have a discussion about my lift to get information before I made any decisions. I brought my 4Runner in for some work as the shocks and struts were toast and the tires were cupping pretty badly. I had my lift kit replaced with a better one and also added new tires. Everything went great, they kept me updated, they finished the work early and everything rides smooth now. A+ will go back again when needed.
These guys are the real deal! I can genuinely say that I do not think I have ever had a better experience at a shop before Duggy's Garage! Additionally, these guys are experts! Took my Bronco to them, after the Ford Dealership could not figure out the horrible clunking sound coming from under the car after 3 days! The team at Duggy's figured it out and fixed it in 3 hours!!! And provided me with a detailed report and pictures of the issues. I highly recommend them.
Had NIB 10mm Toyota spacers to be installed for sight lift in front. They refused to do the job with OEM Toyota part from the dealer down the street simply because I bought them from the dealer and Duggy's did not. I didn't walk through the door with a used transmission or something goofy like that. My business will go elsewhere.
Took my Tacoma here for KMCs and 35s they ordered them and then I came in for them to tell me AFTER they took them out of the box and put the tires on that they can’t align it compete waste of 6k and my 500 dollar sunglasses from my truck disappeared so would stay FAR away from this place
