They charged me $683 for 1 worker to spend less than 45 minutes doing a rush carpet cleaning job. The guy shows up with his 13 year old daughter and puts her in charge of doing the spot stains. That’s cute and all, but I thought I was getting a professional carpet cleaning company for my commercial office, not a 13 year old girl doing the most important part. Awful job and not professional at all. Now I have to go hire a real carpet cleaning company to do it all again and I am out $683. Worthless

I genuinely don’t know where to begin. Let me start by saying Dan and Chris are polite and communicative, but that’s where the positives end. Their subcontractors are shockingly unqualified, and the quality of work is outright unacceptable. I paid Dugan services deposit for cabinets they came on a Thursday works for 4 hours haphazardly doing stuff came back the next day work for 4 hours slapping paint on everything and then Friday before lunch they said they're done the cabinets look like crap big Miss spots and holidays throughout they also said they don't repair anything before they paint. So if there's a dent a mark of any kind they don't repair they just paint over it and want $4,000 to do the job I'll see you guys in court
Awful. I paid $200 to have an area rug cleaned and it still had dog hair on it, and tons of dirt came out of it when I unrolled it. It also still smells. It's as if they did nothing to it at all. Do not use them for this service.
