I love my paint and flooring. Everyone that my sister worked with before I arrived were so helpful. I'm a Happy and satisfied customer and highly recommend Duggins.
I had them do a quote versus a few other companies. They were more then twice as high as anyone else. The most aggravating part of the experience is the follow up. We told them we were going to work with Home Depot. They install for free. They kept following up. They put us on EMAIL MARKETING drips that were utter spam. We kept clicking "unsubscribe" but just kept getting the spam. - Their email marketing let us know it was snowing... Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I'm so glad to have found Duggins to bind my dining room rug and will most definitely use them for my remaining rugs and runners!

Had my carpets and 3 area rugs cleaned today and couldn't be happier. Very reasonably priced too. Great local business and great customer service. Would highly recommend, especially since they are local and not a chain/franchise. Please shop local!
