Subject: Extremely disappointed in the lack of professional quality. I recently ordered an arrangement from Duggers Florist & Gifts for a very special 18th birthday. While the flowers were fine, the card—which is a central part of a gift—was a disaster. The shop printed the message with several glaring grammatical errors and typos that made the gift look incredibly unprofessional. I received a floral arrangement almost four weeks ago delivered by Dugger’s Florist. Most of the flowers were still alive at the three week mark and even now several are still pretty. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered promptly. I have never had flowers from a florist last this long. I have been very impressed and the next time I need an arrangement, I will be using Dugger’s Florist. The photo is after three weeks.
