I was a patient of Dr Dugger‘s for many years and he was the best doctor I could ask for. His bedside manner cannot be beat he was kind caring and took the time to listen to your problems and find solutions to them. I highly recommend Dr Dugger to anyone needing a neurologist

My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012. When my parents asked to be referred to a specialist, he told them, That's fine, I have plenty of patients with Parkinson's Disease, I don't need another. Really? My parents were trying to process this devastating news, and that's his response? After leaving Stockton for better care, a physician in the Bay Area also noticed swollen lymph nodes all over his body and he was diagnosed with lymphoma. How did Dr. Dugger miss this?
