Dugger installed the furnace in my home well before I owned it. I think he said it was back when he was working for his dad. It lasted 30 years, which is absurd! It should have kicked the bucket well before that. I called Dugger to finally replace it and he talked me through my options, and was very knowledgeable. Travis installed a Lennox central air unit on my home on Madeline Island. His work was perfect. He went the 'extra mile' by sending the piping through the crawl space and then coming up at the exact spot into the utility room in the center of my home. Every time I called Travis, he was quick with a response. His price was very reasonable! He came on each of the days he said he would. They were perfect with every aspect of the job including clean-up. Thank you so much for your great product and service!
