They were very nice to me, and I got the ring at a decent price, and free sizing was promised. Unfortunately when my fiancee went to go get it sized by herself, the man behind the counter loudly insulted her and asked her to pay for the sizing. Then when I went in to confront him he back peddled like you wouldn't believe. I guess don't go in here if you're a woman
6 years ago I purchased my wife's engagement ring from this store. I was told it was 14 k white gold with a marquise cut sapphire with two 1/8th karat diamonds. Upon testing the diamonds were found to be zircons and the gold was not solid band it was only plated. Upon valuation I found I paid approximately 350$ over standard value for the ring here. Upon contacting the store and asking regarding why they sold me fake materials and lied about it my phone calls were screened.
