The worse experience of any medical professional I have ever experienced. Staff rude. Waited over an hour in a closet type room to be seen. Could not understand what he was saying. Did not explain well. Wants me to have surgery without looking into other things first. Wanted to take me off medication from my cardiologist and internal medicine doctors. Would never recommend nor never going back. Don’t trust him!
always have a difficult time calling the office. Phone either rings forever or you get a voice mail. Only 20% chance of getting a live person on your first attempt When you do leave a message they seldom call you back. very difficult to have them provide a script in timely fashion after you call to request one and at times it takes up to 3 weeks for the doctor to do a prior authorization.
I am glad that my PCP decided to send me to Dr. Duggal. Very friendly and nice staff. No issues with appointment or wait time. The doctor himself was very courteous and nice. Its very rare to see happy and smiling doctors these days. He spent time with me rather than his devices which most of the doctors these days do.
Was easy to get an appointment. Staff was friendly and understood my concerns. The Doctor himself was very patient and spent lot of time to make me understand the basics. I was grateful to my PCP for recommending and sending me to Dr. Duggal.
Haven't had my first appointment at this time. I'm commenting on the staff I spoke with to schedule an appointment, when I called to set up an appointment the staff I spoke with was friendly and professional, she let me know when the first appointment would be available and if there where any cancellations the office would contact me to see if I could come in at an earlier date. At this time I'll need to meet the doctor prior to recommending to family and friends.
