I would like to file a complaint against Dr. Brain Dugas, the ER doctor I saw during my visit. This is the first time since 2005 that I have encountered such hostility at this hospital. When I tried to inform Dr. Dugas about my health history, he declined to listen, stating that there were too many patients and he didn't have time.
