We had a long-overdue large project on our 100+ year-old house, which presents its own issues due to age. I’m pleased to say that all was completed in less than four days. Sean Dugan was great to work with, communicated well and went over and above our expectations. I am pleased to say this is our second excellent experience working with Sean Dugan.
Though it took a bit of time before he could get to my house, It was well worth the wait. He was honest, thorough, and a miracle worker. His communication skills were great, kept me updated throughout the whole process of my window repair. And he cleaned up after himself, that deserves a gold star in itself. Great experience. I have a murphy bed that doesn’t fit the hallway at my new house. Sean disassembled, moved, reassembled. No damage. Sean, thanks for making this sentimental piece of furniture fit my new place!
Sean Dugan just finished sanding and painting our hardwood staircase and railings, to renovate them after we had a new upstairs floor installed (by Neff Flooring, who also did great work), and he did a remarkably excellent job. I was out with my little ones today to get lunch, and an older gentleman asked if he could pay for our meal. He was very kind. When he left with a younger man they loaded into a Dugan woodworking van. What hospitality he displayed, it was a wonderful, I could only imagine how well they treat customers!
