Oz is a rescue that does not like his back left leg to be trimmed. That was in his file and the first groomer said it was no big deal. On his 2nd grooming I was met by the 'temporary' manager and informed that he snapped at the groomer when they trimmed his back leg and they had to use a muzzle. He went on to inform me that I need to have him come in to see if he was able to socialize with the other dogs. I informed him that we already did that and all was well. Staff is fantastic here and not sure about the comment on dogs out in the yard barking until 10:30 pm as the dogs are not even outside in the evening except for a potty break if they are boarding. My dogs LOVE going here and get so excited as soon as we turn on liverpool, crying to get out. It can be difficult to get in if you do not make a reservation, so try to plan ahead. The dogs bark continuously from 5:30am, when they are let out in the yard untended, until 10:30pm. The dog watchers seem completely disinterested in the barking, perhaps there are too few of them, but when they are observed they seem to huddle in the shade with one another and have little interaction with the animals. Definitely a problem business for the residents of Saddle Rock and the golfers who play there.
