Oz is a rescue that does not like his back left leg to be trimmed. That was in his file and the first groomer said it was no big deal. On his 2nd grooming I was met by the 'temporary' manager and informed that he snapped at the groomer when they trimmed his back leg and they had to use a muzzle. He went on to inform me that I need to have him come in to see if he was able to socialize with the other dogs. I informed him that we already did that and all was well. RecommendedAfter having some not great experiences with other groomers, I will only take my bull dogs to Duggan's. They always do a great job for a reasonable price and my dogs don't come home traumatized.

Nicole, I apologize that you feel like we were covering something up that is not the case. I got a phone call on Friday 6th of April from another one of our clients stating her dog had kennel cough. When I looked up the last stay of her dog, the dog had been here on March 28th. Nico arrived at Dugans on March 26th. Which put Nico here at the time the infected dog was here. Clio and Luna LOVE Dugans. All I have to say to them in the morning before we leave is 'do you want to go play with your frennnnns?' and they lose their minds. They want so badly to jump out of the car when we pull up, and there have been times when I can't even get their leashes on and they are circling around the door. Thanks Dugan's for loving on my girls as much as I do! <3 <3
My fur babies are always so excited to go to Dugans. The staff are exceptional and treat our kids like their own!! Tibber and Meeka love it there.

Just had my 24 lb. Shitzu/poodle trimmed at Dugan’s. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff was friendly & courteous, and Sammy came home looking Great!!
