Sold me an extended warranty package, and never provided any information on how to file a claim. The week after they delivered the appliances, they closed the doors and have not returned any phone calls or responded to any emails. They are a P.O.S business who takes your money, and never follows through with their promises. At least I got the appliances before they went broke!
Closed and didn’t notify us prior to closing so we could schedule delivery of our appliance. Have not received the appliance that we purchased. No refund. No return call from Dugan when we contact them for a refund or to deliver appliance. Apparently Watertown store is still open. Wish we had NEVER purchased from this place. Looks like we are out $1000+ as we’ve tried since late July to get our appliance or refund. Pretty lousy when they post a contact number but do not return calls.

If I could give this place a zero I would I purchsed a dishwasher from them plus a protection plan and the thing hasn't worked since the day we got it called the service dept several times to get it fixed and all they do is reset it to get it to work will take them to court if it doesn't get remeided
I wish I could give them 0 stars.... This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. My mother and father-in-law were having some appliances installed at the house they're building and the head of installation treated them like total dog $hit. He is totally unprofessional and a bad human in general. What should've been an easy job turned into my mother-in-law balling her eyes out because of the way she was treated by this "person".
