Someone on another site refered to Dr. Dugan as "Dirty Dugan." I couldn't agree more. His interviewing techniques are unethical and abusive. He is such a player...in so many ways, pretending to agree with you and then writing the complete opposite in his report, oftsn contradicting himself, saying that you showed up to appointments at the wrong time when untrue, saying that he knows the grade school schedules better than you, when his daughter is long past that age. IF REFERRED TO HIM, KEEP THIS IN MIND – We were referred to Kevin Dugan for a 3110 eval through Placer County. On the first meeting, Dugan admitted that all info. that he had gotten from the court was negative towards one of the parties. (he basically admitted at the first meeting that he held a bias). Dugan then will demand more money after taking 1500.00 for 3110 evaluations. If you do not cave in to his extortion, he will then write a negative report against the non paying party. Disappointed – I was involved in an evaluation that Mr Dugan did for a custody case in Placer Courts. He really missed the head on that nail...he did not pay attention to detail and I believe he was biased from the start. I used to have faith in therapy but after what he wrote in his report and how off base he was, I will have better luck with horoscopes!
