Very poor patient service! Wife needed to be seen and discovered we had a bill due to them not running her insurance correctly previously. Rather than fixing the issue with the insurance company that day, they refused to see her unless the balance was paid up front. The reason we pay for and have insurance is to not have this issue and refusing to see her due to their mistake is beyond unacceptable. Find another doctors office and save yourself a headache.
