Worst customer service ever. Been dealing with this crap company for 8 weeks to try and get my furniture fixed. Can’t never get a supervisor to call me back. After 7 weeks of lies and excuses finally got ahold of a supervisor that was ease dropping on the phone call and put in a replacement order for me to get my stuff swapped out. A week later they deliver used and damaged furniture along with a nasty and rude delivery driver who has an attitude so now I am waiting again for another delivery to fix my issues. Absolute joke of a company. Everything I ordered from Ashley Furniture was delivered to my home damaged on 11/29/24. This company has 0 customer service skills and refuses to help arrange a timely delivery in any sort of capacity. They say their script over the phone until you give up. So I’m stuck with busted up furniture until I get lucky and a time frame fits for my schedule at their convenience.
The worst Ashley Furniture experience EVER!!!!!!! The corporate operations center expressed no remorse for screwing my order up, delaying delivery on the items I purchased, and showing that I indeed paid for the items for over a week! The store reps (except Shannon-very knowledgeable) had no clue how to fix it, they wouldn’t escalate my call in corporate and I was KIND the entire time!!!!! Not a single, “sorry about that buddy”. If i could give zero stars i would. The absolute worst customer i have ever experienced. I paid $210 for furniture delivery and assembly and they did not assemble one of the chairs correctly. I called immediately and have been fobbed off for 4 weeks with promises of someone calling back to arrange for a person to come out and reassemble the chair correctly. White glove delivery / service it IS NOT!
Dufresne Spencer Group is the owner of the Ashley Homestore located in Plano, TX. I have filed several complaints, because this company has frauded me out of money. They have purposely deleted my information from their system, stating they did this due to changing owners and systems since my purchase was made. I had documented proof that I purchased two furniture protection plans from their store that were not used.
