We had been working with a gentleman named Nicholas there. Constantly asking him about updates on our taxes - when I finally reached out to someone else in the practice they told us, oh he doesn't work here anymore. NO ONE TOLD US! we were waiting for a response from someone that didn't even work there anymore and know one told us. We were late on our taxes and no one really seemed to care too much from the company. So disappointing.
