I was greeted upon arrival in the store by Gord and was asked if there was something that he could help me with. I was looking for a mattress. I was shown a few to get a understanding of what I was looking for. Gord then narrowed it down to the firmness I was searching for. Gord was very professional and helpful in order to make my shopping experience a pleasant, enjoyable and successful experience.
Salesperson Gordon was great. He was very helpful and patient while I took some time to decide what I wanted. He was not pushy but available if we had questions. Very happy. Hopefully the delivery experience goes just as well.

I just purchased a power lift recliner from Dufresne. Mounir was Fantastic to work with. A very kind professional helpful representative of this company. It was truly a pleasure to deal with him.
