I clearly asked the salesperson in a text message if they would install my dishwasher as part of their service, to which he responded yes, as long as i had unhooked my old one. I got someone to come and unhook my old one for me. The day they came to deliver my dishwasher, i was told by the delivery team that they do not in fact install dishwashers and they are to just leave it in the room.
