I am extremely disappointed with my experience after purchasing a Tambo sectional from Dufresne Furniture in Thunder Bay ON along with their extended warranty. From the start, this sectional has had ongoing issues. Dufresne sent technicians to pick it up multiple times for repairs, leaving us with only half our seating each time.
