Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Our server, Amanda G, spilled a full glass of water on me. Never apologized and offered me a napkin! She was rude, snarky and disrespectful. After 10 years of dining at Duffy’s, I will never return. I was at the downtown Stuart location, dining outside.
Had a coupon for BOGO Hamburgers. We went to the Boca Raton location. There was no restrictions. The waitress said only good on the cheap burger. The coupons said BOGO Burger with no other restrictions. We left. Bad Business Model.
I had a very bad experience at Duffy’s Saint Andrew’s. It is a shame that the most important value at that place is get rid of their black card members, mistreated to customers, no service or cleanliness outside. Even with the above reference, on Friday there where some homeless using the space. No body was able to help. Duffy’s NEVER NEVER NEVER has the Draft Craft beers which are on the beer list. Very disappointed. At least cross out the beers you do not have. A running joke. Contributes to me and friends going to other establishments
Dear Duffy’s Customer Relations Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to Duffy’s, which unfortunately turned what was supposed to be a happy birthday celebration into a very unpleasant experience. The food quality and service were unacceptable. My French onion soup was barely warm—almost cold—and the onions were undercooked and tasted raw. It was inedible.
