I contacted Duffy’s Doors and More in a panic having reversed my truck into my garage door. Jody was kind and sympathetic, and worked around their incredibly busy schedule prior to the Holidays to arrange a date for repair. Looking for an additional garage door opener and was recommended I go here. So wonderful that service like this exists in Cranbrook in this day and age! Owner even came by our house to program it saving us from having to go up a ladder and program it ourselves. In addition there was no extra charge for this!

Worst business ever! Worst communication! Worst promises to fix the $7,000 garage doors. Retire already and sell your business! Sad this business doesn’t know who their unhappy customers are?! They came out 4 times to replace the cracked windows in the doors due to defect! I had to call the manufacturer to get that done as duffys supplier refused!
