I took off two stars because we did not have a great experience. The water conditions were moderate. Not the roughest but not calm. The boats you rent from this place are not big enough to handle the wakes comfortably. I know some could say that this is not the fault of the boat rental company, but to a great degree, it is. These boats, the size of them and their power, are more appropriate for smaller bodies of water where you have less wakes. They do not have enough power to cut through them. We initially tried to book a boat for $145/hr, but the staff supervisor began adding unexpected fees, bringing the total to about $240. The pricing lacked transparency, and the service came across as very unprofessional. This wasn’t what we expected, so we decided not to book with them.
Stay away from them. Extremely rude staff. They initially told me the price was 145$/hr. When I told them I was interested in renting the boat he said there is a minimum of two hours and he will charge me 155/hr. I agreed to it and then he was like how many people are gonna be on the boat. When I told them there were 10 people, he said he will charge me 20$ per person which was 200. Then they added some random fee and took the bill upto 270.
One of the best experience for the summer. Differently want to rent longer then you think! Great crew, gave me the low downs for all the instructions before I went on. Would love to do this again! great adventure for everyone!
This was the perfect way to enjoy the holiday season with our family! We brought cocoa and cookies and linked our music to the Bluetooth speaker for a super fun festive night. Everyone ages 2-74 was happy, warm, safe, and fully entertained. Our boat was comfortable and decorated, all of the pictures turned out great! The boats don't go very fast at all, you can stay close to the shore and see all of the sparkling lights on the water at night. This was the perfect outing for after our family dinner!
