My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the irrepressible Nitsa when she gave a very thorough explanation about the workings of the battery powered boat we had hired. Nitsa gave us maps of the canals, photos of marker buoys and a recommended route to take to see the most in our two hour cruise. I booked a boat hire for a few hours for myself and some of my family. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely be return customers.. my only regret was that I didn't book the boat hire for longer!
My husband called just tonight 23rd of Jan at 6:49pm and was met with the most hostile customer service ever. American sounding lady, rude straight off the bat. He rang to double check a booking for a bucks party he has coming up (not knowing his event organiser had changed companies at this time). Definitely recommend Duffy Boats. Vlad was a great host and let all the kids take a turn in driving the boat. He had a lot of local knowledge and was relaxed and hospitable. Was great to be able to play our own music and bring our own food. And we even saw dolphins at the end!
