Great Garage, completed the MOT and Servicing on my car for the last 3 years. Absolutely no problems.
I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this garage. The staff are consistently professional, helpful, and go above and beyond to provide great service. As a woman, I especially appreciate how transparent and honest they are. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary work. I can’t recommend this garage enough!
Cannot thank the guys and girls at this garage for getting my car sorted. My engine management light has been on and off since getting the car in March. They have sorted my car and gave me a courtesy car whilst having my car. Their customer service has been amazing and would recommend the team.
Took my car here for an MOT and it was the worst decision I’ve made! For a start the MOT test certificate had incorrect details, such as the mileage (which they stated was 20k more than what it was! They said the car had two major defects which caused it to fail which was clearly not the case as I took it to a different garage the next day and it passed the MOT with no major defects and much less advisories. I have recently purchased a car from this garage, and to say I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here is an understatement. Engine management light was on when I drove the car away, with an agreed time to bring the car back and for the garage to replace the sensor. That was done as they said the would. I picked the car up and a week later engine management light back on, dpf blocked and aircon had no gas, when I took the car back with the faults I was met by a man with the worst customer service I’ve seen, really made it ... read more
