They cut a check to me from a lawsuit. They made it out to the wrong person. When I called, they said they would reissue at the end of that week. After two additional weeks I still hadn’t received the check. I called. They said they have no idea when they will reissue the check. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They act as though it’s my fault they cut the check to the wrong person. Completely unprofessional.
