Our meals were absolutely delicious, service was great. We ate 2 appetizers the fontina sausage with broccoli rabe, roasted peppers and long hots and bacon wrapped scallops . Both were very very good. They give you plenty of fresh bread and a house salad. One of us had a bowl of the clam chowder and said it was better than cape cods! I went to the one in Wildwood, New Jersey. It was $50 for a steak, and other things that you put on the grill. Which is absolutely INSANE. The service was also horrible. we waited almost an hour to get our food that wasn’t even good. The servers were kind, but the food was horrible. Next time I’ll eat at Sam’s Pizza instead.
I got to tell you I have a place in Wildwood I'm at this restaurant every Friday or Saturday night. The sausage Fontaine is amazing the seafood risotto top notch. The atmosphere is absolutely the best the bartenders know your name if you're a regular. They always have a singer singing Sinatra songs an old Italian songs. I went there this past Sunday night on a whim. What a great Patriotic Restaurant decked out for our Nation's 250th Anniversary. We sang God Bless America before the entertainment started. The girl who was singing was really good. The food was fabulous. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were spot on. I met some really nice couples and we had a blast partying together and talking about my time in the military and their sons who were serving in the Army presently. I had a wonderful time. I look forward to going back.
