We talked to several builders and ultimately decided on Duffin Custom Homes because Teresa was very responsive to our inquiries and was not at all daunted by our remodel/addition/barn construction project. As with any remodel, unexpected situations arose, but Teresa and Brian were able to adapt to changes on the fly. Great builder, Honest, trustworthy and alway able to get in touch with. Builds a quality house and has great sub contractors and staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. Superior work.
Would highly recommend! Teresa has done several projects for our family over the past 20 years. She's got incredible knowledge and fantastic taste. Above all, she is an advocate for her clients and advises on high quality vs. high price tags - and where to spend $$ to get the most bang for the buck. She has always been transparent about budget/spend and uses a software platform that allows the client to see exactly where the project stands, what's been purchased/completed, and what is outstanding. Truly a remarkable woman!
