I wanted to say what great customer service I received today from the staff member that I spoke with on the phone and via text regarding my cat. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. I also had an amazing experience with the staff and vet many years ago with our cat. Thankfully our cat is very healthy so we have not had many visits but everytime we do or speak the clinic they are amazing! Thank you so much!
DO NOT reccomed for euthanasia, been waiting almost 2 months to receive ashes back, given excuses. Grieving while not knowing where my beloved is, unacceptable! Major lack of communication, customer shouldnt have to call once a week to ask where my pet is and beg to have ashes returned.
