My wife and I were shopping for better rates for home and auto, we're both self-employed and believe in supporting local when possible. We made appointment and met with Matt. Submitted requested info and waited: one week later no response, 2 weeks later no response so my wife made an inquiry. The lady on the phone was super rude
I wanted to share a story of how wonderful the people at this company. We were travelling through the area and were in a bind as our 6 year old needed to use the washroom. There was a power outage on the corner and we stop to see if the Tim Hortons would let us use their facilities but they wouldn’t. We then tried to find another place that was open. The kind staff let us use their office bathroom. They were just so kind and fabulous about the whole thing.
I switched from bel air and bundled my home and auto insurance with Dufferin Mutual. It was fantastic to actually talk to someone right away instead of being put on hold for hours! It also saved me some much needed funds. Matt is fantastic to deal with, would recommend to anyone! Thanks Matty!
