The Apartments are awesome good quality. The employees are friendly and helpful. Doesn’t matter the size of issue they take care of it immediately. They are good people and I highly recommend them.

My experience dealing with the staff at 1020 Dufferin Avenue East has been great!! Everyone is very helpful, polite to ensure your move into your new home goes well. Kyle and Mercedes were always ready to help out in answering any questions. They were always polite too. Everyone seems to have a great sense of humour too!! Which is always nice to see. I recently went for an apartment viewing at Dufferin Apartments, and I was really impressed. The manager ,Miguel was super friendly and gave me a thorough tour of the unit. He answered all my questions and made sure I had a good look at everything. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
