I have rented from many but Broadstreet was so prompt about addressing my issues. I am so impressed with their service. I’ve never had an issue dealt with so quickly. Thank you for considering our safety and acting so quickly to address our issues.
Been here since 2021 it’s been exceptionally no issues the staff has been very helpful in fixing anything I have ask. Cleaning and maintenance staff are excellent I give them applause hard work but never unnoticed for this is unbelievable how they fix clean so fast great compliments and our customers service she is fantastic great job to you all Merry Christmas to Dufferin landing employee and Company who make my retirement fantastic

The Apartments are awesome good quality. The employees are friendly and helpful. Doesn’t matter the size of issue they take care of it immediately. They are good people and I highly recommend them.
My experience dealing with the staff at 1020 Dufferin Avenue East has been great!! Everyone is very helpful, polite to ensure your move into your new home goes well. Kyle and Mercedes were always ready to help out in answering any questions. They were always polite too. Everyone seems to have a great sense of humour too!! Which is always nice to see.
