During my first appointment at this clinic, I took X-rays and did a cleaning. The dentist did an examination, and told me that I have a few cavities, many minor cavities, and an overhang that will require a surgery to look into the problem further and possibly a larger surgery afterwards to either remove my wire or remove the tooth. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Dufferin Dental Clinic. I booked an appointment for 1:30, specifically requesting the same doctor who had worked on my teeth during my last few visits. The receptionist confirmed that the doctor would be available. I arrived 10 minutes early, taking time out of my one hour lunch break, but I wasn’t seen until 2:10. 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. The clinic is exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating team. Parking is convenient, and the entire experience was seamless. The dentist is an outstanding dentist and I had my teeth cleaned by Evelyn Nassif—she’s simply the best! I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
