Dr. Duff did not introduce himself, and he did not know how to perform the procedure he did. The nurse was even alarmed. He spilled the chemicals all over my purse and me. He was shaking so badly he couldn't hold the sprayer correctly. He hurt my right nostril and bent my head back too far. I am all for people working as long as they can, but it is time ti retire. He seemed befuddled and confused.
I've been going to Dr. Duff for close to 20 years now along with my wife and 2 daughters. My Youngest daughter still ask for the magic gum that he has. He's definitely amazing at what he does, he has me feeling like a new man by the next day. I really appreciate you Dr. Duff it's going to be a sad day when you retire. Thank you for all you do!
Really nice guy, but I feel like he’s mainly a “pills and nasal spray” doctor. When I asked about other options, he basically told me to find another doctor. So I went to an ENT Specialist, Dr. Huang. On my first visit I told him I wasn’t looking for more pills or sprays—I wanted a real solution. After surgery with Dr. Huang, it’s been absolutely life-changing.
I really wanted to like Dr. Duff based on many online recommendations. I will say Dr. Duff has great bedside manner and do not doubt he is very knowledgeable in his field. However, I am giving a 2-star rating because his treatment plan was not explained to me very well and I believe my patient forms were mixed up with another patient at his clinic.
