Parking in this medical centre is a nightmare. It’s always full because they are deemed a large medical centre which means there are many doctors and patients and not enough parking!!!! Faded parking lines in parking lanes! Very tight and no way to get out if the it is full, cars have to reverse and get out!!!
I had a very dissapointing experience at duff street with Dr rudolf boctor. my first time there i firstly had to wait 45 mins just for a consult that id booked for prior. i expressed my concerns about a referral to a psychologist and he was so rude i left crying. he accused me of having a "health care card" when I dont! told me we weren't going to fight when all i was doing was expressing my queries. i expressed a prior experience where i was helped off the bat but he refused which i can understand but making a patient cry e... read more
My mum had a confirmed appointment booked for 10:50 AM and arrived at the clinic at 10:20 AM. She arrived at reception to confirm her appointment and was then told to wait. She ended up waiting for almost two hours without being called. When she followed up with a different receptionist (as the first one had gone on break), she was told she didn’t have an appointment that day.
