Hi, I visited the medical centre today and simply asked the receptionist how long the wait times would be for pathology (for a blood test). I asked in a kind manner, hoping to receive the same in return; however, the receptionist replied in a disgusting and rude tone, saying she “doesn’t know.” and when I told her that the number before me was already placed there she just got annoyed and proceeded to repeat she “doesn’t know”. They make you wait minimum 1 hour before they see you, most of the time it’s 1.5 hours. They over stuff their calendars to make more money but rush you out within minutes in your appointment. Every time I see them it’s the same diagnosis to see how I go and come back if it continues. Not real medical advice, just more money making to come back and charge me again for the same advice. I had an appointment for my daughter but we ended up going to the hospital as it was an emergency. Dr jamila and the clinic still made me pay the $20 fee for late cancelation.
Dr. Jamila Ayobi is one the disrespectful and low quality doctor I have ever seen, she doesn’t know what she doing, shouting on patients, she was telling me she can’t inform me to another doctor cuz its not her job, what does that mean how do I suppose to know what kind of sickness I have and who should I go to and one time I was waiting about 1 hour and 15 mins, so I left and came back another day
