Mike arrived on time. Very courteous and explained everything. Available time was an issue but he went above and beyond by doing the job that day even though he would have to work overtime to complete other jobs after mine as I was first call of the day. Would definitely recommend them.

Dan did a great job! He was courteous, fast, friendly, prompt and very thorough! He installed larger springs that he said would increase the number of cycles by 50% and offered helpful maintenance suggestions as well!

I used Martin Door previously in 2011, also when the garage door spring broke and was pleased enough to keep their sticker next to our garage phone. So I knew what to do when our door wouldn’t open yesterday morning. I called at 7:15 and was connected to their service (apparently they do have emergency after hours service but it is more expensive). Our technician Dan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed our door so that it was operating better than ever. Reasonable charges. Highly recommend!
