Place has horrible customer service spoke to Felecia Clark she couldnt find my account, gave wrong pricing after finding it. Supervisor never wanted to call back. Spoke to 3 other representatives after not being able to speak to supervisor none being able to get in touch or help. Stay away from this disastrous place
4 weeks late on actuator. Actuator would not extend fully or retract fully regardless of limit switch settings. After a day talking to their support they suggested getting RGA and returning. Now they want a $600 P.O. cut for an evaluation fee. How about $0 and I tell everyone that will listen in the industry about my experience instead?
