justin was very fast with his response, needing an inspection on my bike , and had me scheduled to bring my bike in within a day,.dropped it off at 5pm he inspected made sure it was all good,fixed my air pressure on my tires and had me come pick the bike back up at 8pm and didnt even charge me a dime, what a wonderful company to deal with and will proceed to go to justin and his team with all my future bike needs
Justin is a great guy to work with and very knowledgeable about his craft. Had my no start issue figured out very fast and even found a good deal on an aftermarket part that saved me a good chunk of money. All around great guy. Highly recommend
We've been in touch with Duff Moto since February 2024 for a project. RED FLAG. Justin requested that we pay everything upfront for the project, which we did since we were friends at that time. $5000. Our mistake. In July of 2024, he told us it would take 2 more weeks, and then in October, we heard the same story. Justin was super helpful and knowledgeable with my bike! Gave me a great fair price. I definitely recommend this shop! He was up front about everything and his communication was clear and friendly!
