We've been in touch with Duff Moto since February 2024 for a project. RED FLAG. Justin requested that we pay everything upfront for the project, which we did since we were friends at that time. $5000. Our mistake. In July of 2024, he told us it would take 2 more weeks, and then in October, we heard the same story. Justin was super helpful and knowledgeable with my bike! Gave me a great fair price. I definitely recommend this shop! He was up front about everything and his communication was clear and friendly!
Would I recommend duff moto? Hell no. It’s a bummer about this place. Sent Justin 900 bucks for 2 graphics kits and never heard from him again other then some angry text messages. He is a cool guy, knows lots, customer service just isn’t there. Didn’t meet deadlines I had set out with 2 months notice, scammed me out of money, sure he helped make my broke to built bike happen but it was literally the last day of the competition when I got the last of my parts.
