I had a great experience with this company. Right from the very first phone call. Mike called back quickly. Came when he said he would. While here he was very informative and explained things so I could understand clearly. Parts are not readily available for my furnace, and he was able to find them through his contacts. He sent one of his employees Jeff and he delivered the same high quality service I received from Mike. Thanks guys. I will definitely use this company again.
Amazing, honest service. I reached out to another company first, and they told me I'd have to replace my whole system. I called Mike at Duff Mechanical, and it turns out my unit only needed a new, inexpensive part. I saved myself thousands of dollars and haven't had any issues since. They definitely know what they are talking about. Highly recommend!!
Fast, reliable service. I use them for my annual services for heat and air conditioning. The guys are kind and trustworthy. Work is always done quickly. Definitely the best in Muskoka in my opinion.
