Update: I just used Dr. Dueno's new phone refill system, and I'm super impressed. The voice recognition was spot on. It's the best such system I've experienced. It's a reminder that the office keeps their tech current. The office is independent, not directly in a large hospital group, yet they keep up! Things like moving documents or insurance coverage can be a problem with some independent doctor's offices, but Midwest Clinical meets or exceeds large conglomerates. Been seeing Dr Dueno for over 20 years. He is very caring and listens to what I say. Glad I have him as a doctor.
Any one star rating on here is completely undeserving. I've been a patient for a decade and you will not find better doctors who actually care more than this office. They are class act people, exceptional, top notch and one of a kind
I would give them negative stars. Misdiagnosed me, fed me samples, put me in the hospital from changing medications without ever weaning me off. STAY AWAY HIM AND HIS WIFE ESPECIALLY.
