Beautiful space with an incredible selection.
I live out of state and it is the saddest thing that I will not be able to get coffee here everyday. If you love black coffee and looking for the best flavors, you will love getting to try all of the roasts that they have!
If you’re going here there are a few pre requisites. Read a book about coffee roasting, have at least 3 college credits in flavor chemistry, be able to blind taste identify an Ethiopian vs a Colombian coffee, you haven’t been to Starbucks in the last 10years, a portafilter forearm tattoo strongly preferred. This is an incredible coffee shop! If you really love your coffee and exploring different origins, this place is a must. One of the best selections of single origins I’ve seen around, always rotating and bringing new ones in. One of the best bits is that they specialize in origins you rarely see on offer elsewhere.
