We went to four Cadillac dealers to find the car we want. Bannister in Chilliwack never called us back or replied to our email, Preston in Langley were friendly but told us we can’t get the car we want and had to buy from their lot inventory, and Dueck on Marine had the one we want listed on their website but when we drove all the way to Vancouver we found out that it was actually at their Richmond location. I can't believe that these unprofessional still calling me to service my car!! Haven't you read any of the comments? You guys are NOT HONEST AND HAVE BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SERVICE TO ANYONE. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DO SERVICE AND THE CHARGE YOU FOR IT BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLIENT RELATIONS. DO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
