Our 2 year old company truck’s engine blew up when starting it and GM wouldn’t tow it to the dealership. They don’t stand behind their product when it fails and don’t follow through on the roadside assistance agreement and tow to the nearest dealership. We are stuck with a dead truck that they won’t tow to get it fixed. Buy anything but GM.
This review is only for the service I recently had. Overall, it was good and I am satisfied. It took four days but it's all good because I got a laon car. They were able to fix the issue on my 2024 Equinox EV telemetics issue (replaced), It's all working fine so far. Also, my software got updated which have some pretty nice features and improved infotainment layout. Special thanks to Jonas, the service advisor, who oversaw the repair process and for keeping me updated everyday.
Went for a test drive with Michael Moore. Overall he is a friendly, great guy. I didn't make a deal, as numbers were off. But he took my number and continued to look for me. I found something else, but can't recommend him enough! Ask for Michael he will do his best!
I purchased the '26 sierra without a test drive knowing GM products well. Best truck I've owned yet. Their coffee really sucks tho .
