I have been going here for eye care ever since I was a little kid and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and doctors are all very kind, friendly, and helpful :)
On the morning of July 11, 2025, I contacted Dueck Optometry after searching online for an "emergency eye doctor" in the Grimsby area. My elderly father was experiencing a serious issue with his eyes, and I was urgently looking for help. Dueck Optometry came up in the search results, and their website clearly mentioned that they accept emergency cases. Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dr. Martin today. She was so thorough and really took her time explaining what was going on with my eyes and how she could help me. Thank you for the amazing care!
If you are a plus size person be prepared to stand for a length of time as their seating arrangements doesn’t cater to us larger people. All chairs are tiny and have arm rest. Not one chair without an arm rest. Not impressed, my knees were sore from standing and made my visit very unpleasant. Love the dr and care I receive but really wished they would at least get a few chairs without arm rest.
