Worst customer service and lack of product knowledge. More to come. I've spent over 80K in service to end up with a broken ca and told to hit the road and never come back.
My family and I came to look at a new car but the reason we didn’t purchase was because of the sales manager Marice. He is by far the worst manager I have ever encountered in a dealership. He is rude, and treats his customers and even his staff with zero respect.. completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the dealership’s reputation. If this is the kind of person they choose to put in charge, it speaks volumes about their standards.
