Fawsi was too rude
My partner had the worst experience dealing with this dealership from top down the management sucks thought talking to Jesse Parker would be good but it left me more stressed. Tim tsang was the only good one here. Poor service by Riley and Michael Moore.
This was a great dealer when we were purchasing our Chevy Bolt. We were grateful to have Sepi help us, as she was extremely knowledgeable about all the different models and features of the vehicles sold at the dealer. As with any dealership, my best advice is to do your own research about exactly what you want and need, and how to combine the features in the packages in the most economical way.
