Never met a sales rep with such thin skin before, Mak Makalai dresses like a B-grade Ocean’s Eleven character for a reason, he’s out to heist your money! Maybe try hiring sales people with contemporary skillsets who possess negotiation skills and don’t get their knickers in a knot about fair observations regarding a vehicle of interest. You ever heard of a counter-offer Mak? This isn’t 2021 & lots are lined to the hilt with inventory. GM was down 7% in Q4 2025 for a reason. Worst service department ever. Spokesperson has been great but it has taken months to get our prepaid service and warranty items fixed due to disorganization in what is to be done. They held our car for days last time only to find out they didn’t fix the item that the appointment was scheduled for. Complete nightmare. Buying experience was great. Too bad this is how our experience has now turned out with Dueck Downtown
What a great experience I had on my recent vehicle purchase . I’ve been part of Dueck Downtown since 2020 I believe and the sales staff are amazing. I highly recommend Allan Sade as your sales representative. Very knowledgeable , friendly and attentive. Five stars for Bob and Dueck Downtown! I showed up late in the day just hoping to view a vehicle and book a test drive for the weekend, but he went out of his way to make a test drive happen on the spot in under 20 minutes. He was super informative, friendly, and made it the most positive dealership visits I've had. I highly recommend going to see him and the team at Dueck.
Bob was great to work with when I bought my car. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I'd definitely recommend him!
